Where should we put a coffee shop?

 

We are looking for new locations.

What better way to find people who want our coffee than by asking people where they want us to bring them coffee:).

Here’s what we are hoping to find:

  • Existing Shops/Buildings/Bays: We would love a turn-key or almost turn key situation, but would be open to renovations.

  • Drive-Thru: It’s a must have for us, so the building would either have a drive-thru, or be able to add one

    We prefer to be close to schools to connect with people as they start their morning routines

  • We need to be in a town of at least 3,000 people or on a road with solid traffic (think our Ashland store)

  • We would look at places about an hour in any direction from Omaha.

  • We are open to owning or leasing space

The Beanery is a locally owned, family coffeeshop, at this time we are not looking to franchise, but we are super flattered you would ask!
